Battalion 1944 receives massive new update

Complete with a new game mode and BattleRank System!

Old recruits, new recruits, stand to attention! Bulkhead Interactive’s ambitious old-school World War 2 shooter Battalion 1944 has today received the second major content update. Major Update 2 as it is named in the trailer, includes a variety of new features and additions such as a new gamemode, a slick new graphics overhaul and a brand new free progression system called BattleRank! New tweaks and improvements to the games performance have also been added to this update, allowing for more of a smoother playable experience. Joe Brammer, Studio Lead at Bulkhead Interactive recently had this to say about the update and how the team has been taking in player feedback.

“This is the biggest round of updates we’ve released for Battalion 1944 to date,and is the result of our mission to make the game as absorbing and captivating as it can possibly be. We’ve been listening to our players and taking their feedback into consideration as we look to build the game in a way that both meets their expectations and offers a few surprises for them along the way, too.”
