Nightmarchers gets two new content trailers

New content teased for post apocalyptic open world RPG shooter.

In this video, Wyrmbyte Studios brings us a new video shining a spotlight on one of Nightmarchers’ key gameplay elements: Outposts.  As you explore the apocalyptic paradise of Oahu, you will come upon various areas of settlement.  Some will be overrun by Kamapua’a raiders, while others will be run by the various factions that have taken footing.  But it’s the Pig God’s raiders that can be the most dangerous, and it’s Kai’s job to clear them out.

In this clip, we see how powerful the ancient magic of the gods can be as you use your bow and various other powers to take out players at range.  Using your Uhane, or Spirit, vision lets you mark and identify your targets.  But if you’re looking for something less magical, guns, grenades, and other implements of destruction are available throughout the game as well.  It’s all up to the player in how you get the job done.

The Panamax Salvage Site shown above is just one of our many locations in the open world.  You can see how flying in as an owl and causing chaos with your weapons will payoff later on as a host of Kama’s possessed followers strive to take you out.

Today’s new trailer, The Power of the Akua, is the first in the series to showcase the gods of Nightmarchers and their role in the world.  The world is completely open to the player, and set on the Hawaiian island of Oahu.  Fifty years ago, the island is cut off from the rest of the world, and the survivors formed factions in order to survive.  Your role is to tap into the power of the spirit world and reclaim it from the army that occupies it.

There is no information on a release date yet, but we’ll keep you up to date when more info is available.
