Aragami

Aragami receives new expansion this year

Are you ready to jump back into the world of Aragami?

Lince Works, the independent team behind their debut stealth game Aragami, has announced a new expansion for the game called Aragami: Nightfall. For those who don’t know, Aragami is a third person action stealth game that casts you as an undead assassin with the power to control the shadows. Use your powers to play as a Ghost, remaining undetected and getting to your target without a whisper. Or instead take on the role of a Demon as you slay everyone in your path and use your powers to wreak havoc on those who would stand against you.

The Nightfall expansion is a four chapter prequel that takes place right before the events of the base game and fills in some key narrative points left open in the original game. Two new playable characters, all new deadly shadow powers, and an expanded story-line that can all be played in single player or cross platform online co-op are all coming soon. Aragami: Nightfall is designed around the idea of offering new challenges and more complex scenarios to experienced players of the game. The success of the original title, with over 400,000 copies sold so far has led the substantial fan-base whose feedback of the original game has helped guide the team on how to develop the additional content.

No release or pricing for the expansion has be announced at this time, but hopefully Lince Works will give us an update regarding it very shortly.
