Degrees Of Separation gets publisher for a Winter release

Modus Games will work with Moondrop Studios to bring this puzzle-adventure title.

Norwegian indie game developers at Moondrop Games made public today their partnership with Triple I game publishers at Modus Games for the upcoming release of Degrees Of Separation, a puzzle-adventure game scheduled for release during this Winter. This tale of love, connections and overcoming adverse realities will be released for PC, Playstation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in February, 2019.

Degrees Of Separation is both a single-player and multiplayer game where players must progress through the game’s world by controlling one of the two main protagonists, a girl and a boy (Ember and Rime) in love trying to be together but separated by a strange and unknown force.

Puzzle solving in this game includes harnessing the elements available at each of the divided realities. “Ember and Rime will work toward a common goal while exploring a non-linear world that at times underscores just how very different they are.”, reads the game’s latest press release by Modus Games. The use of contrasting forces like heat and cold will be key aspects of how progress is accomplished in Degrees Of Separation.
