Sheltered coming to Nintendo Switch this week

Will you survive out in the open?

Sheltered, the post-apocalyptic survival management game from publishers Team17, will be available on the Nintendo Switch from December 18th. The Switch version will not only contain the base game but also the Surrounded and Stasis additional content.

In Sheltered, players are cast into a future post-apocalyptic world, where you are in charge of looking after your very own “nuclear family”. As you wander through the darkness, you must look after four family members who are taking shelter in an underground bunker. Managing their wellbeing and survival is your top responsibility. Plan badly, and thats it for one of your loved ones.

Living in a bunker has its drawbacks, and players must battle claustrophobia, radiation and mental exhaustion to get by.  Unfortunately, at some point the dangers of the outside world will have to be faced, as you must scavenge for more supplies for your family. With the supplies found players can build-up and improve on the sheltered you live within, trying to create a home in the darkest of times.

If the post apocalypse is exactly your jam, Sheltered is available on Steam and, from December 18th, also available digitally via the Nintendo eShop from 18th December and is priced at £9.99/$14.99/€14.99.
