Afterparty

Afterparty features cast from The Walking Dead, Horizon Zero Dawn

The afterparty is where things truly get crazy.

Oxenfree developer Night School Studio is hard at work on its upcoming adventure game Afterparty, and it’s going to feature a cast of veteran voice actors and some intriguing newcomers as well.

Night School Studio announced the full voice cast for its newest game, in addition to its previously-confirmed Janina Gavankar (Star Wars Battlefront II) and Khoi Dao (Detective Pikachu.) The names include Ashly Burch of Horizon: Zero Dawn fame, The Walking Dead’s Dave Fennoy, and a selection of other notable actors.

The full cast list is as follows:

  • Lola: Janina Gavankar (Star Wars Battlefront II, True Blood)
  • Milo: Khoi Dao (Detective Pikachu)
  • Wormhorn: Erin Yvette (Oxenfree, The Wolf Among Us)
  • Sam Hill: Ashly Burch (Horizon: Zero Dawn)
  • Satan: Dave Fennoy (The Walking Dead)
  • Onoskelis: Jackie Tohn (GLOW, The Good Place)
  • Apollyon: Sarah Elmaleh (Gone Home, Final Fantasy XV)
  • Asmodeus: Paul Bates (Coming to America, True Romance)
  • Beelzebub: Jon Lipow (Castlevania, Batman Arkham Knight)

Additional voices:

  • Alanah Pearce (Rooster Teeth, IGN Show)
  • Avital Ash (Oxenfree)
  • Cissy Jones (Firewatch, The Walking Dead)
  • Erika Ishii (Dream Daddy, Geek and Sundry)
  • Giselle Gilbert (Resident Evil 7)

The game, which follows best friends Milo and Lola who find themselves in Hell challenging Satan himself to a drinking contest, is primed and ready to bring its unique brand of storytelling to players in 2019. Demons and humans wander the underworld as Lola and Milo work to out-drink Satan and perhaps win a trip back to the land of the living – if they can manage it, anyway.

You’ll get to try out Afterparty when it debuts sometime in 2019, though with an impressive cast list like the one above, it feels like even that isn’t soon enough.
