Working in tech support is an absolutely dreadful way to make a living. Not to knock anyone who actually deals with it day in and day out (yours truly previously spent some time doing just that) but you never truly know how difficult and frustrating it can be until you spend time doing it.

It’s a job that saddles you with a new job as a remote tech support agent equipped with a Quasar Spectrum OS computer. You can select responses to frustrated customers looking for support from a few different choices, then go about your day solving their various issues. None are as particularly nasty as anyone’s been to any of us in real life, but it’s still an interesting analogue for the job, after all. And tech support isn’t all you deal with – eventually, you might even be asked to install clandestine software, spy on folks, and do all types of other weird stuff.
