AT SUNDOWN: Shots in the Dark comes to consoles this week

Multiplayer party game blasts onto consoles.

Originally debuting as one of Discords first 90-day exclusive indie titles, At Sundown: Shots in the Dark is now making its way to PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One, as well as becoming available on Steam. The hide-and-seek shooter, published by Versus Evil and developed by Mild Beast Games, will be releasing on January 22nd.

At Sundown: Shots in the Dark pits 4 players against each other as they battle it out in arena-based deathmatches. Players can choose between a variety of weapon choices and power-ups to beat their foes. The game also includes 18 maps, 9 game modes and team variations in each mode.

Along it’s development cycle the game has picked up awards including winner of the ‘One to Watch’ Awards at the 2016 BAFTA’s and won Microsoft’s 2016 Imagine Games award. The title grabbed attention for its innovative design that incorporated darkness and sporadic light source effects to create a tense and competitive multiplayer.

According to Steam, key features of the game include:

• Stealth driven arena combat
• Online and local multiplayer
• Offline bots and single player challenge mode
• 6 individual zones with multiple maps
