Horror Conarium gets confirmed console release date

Strike the Lovecraft gong, this horror title is coming soon to consoles.

Conarium, the Lovecraftian horror title from Iceberg Interactive and Zoetrope Interactive, will be making its way to PS4 and Xbox One on 12th of February. Previously released on Steam in 2017, Conarium has garnered some positive reviews for its atmospheric surroundings.

In this title, players explore the story of four scientists and their attempts to challenge the very limits of nature. The narrative is inspired by H.P. Lovecraft’s 1935 novella “At the Mountains of Madness”, but is mostly set as a kind of follow-on from the tale. While mostly a walking simulator, players will need to solve some light puzzles to uncover all that lies in this mysterious world. The game intends to be as immersive as possible, so expect a few scary sights.

Iceberg Interactive CEO Erik Schreuder said of the game’s release: “Conarium is the first Iceberg game to be simultaneously released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and signifies a unique moment for us, as our 10-year-anniversary approaches”

Conarium will be landing on Xbox One and PS4 on February 12th, but if you can’t wait until then, the title is available to purchase now on Steam.
