The Shattering Is A Monochrome Nightmare

Breaking a mirror is bad luck

After location, location, location, it’s important to have a good sense of colour in a place. It’s what makes things like black and white such a powerful aesthetic, especially if you then choose to pepper the place with little items with powerful colours. It does, as the kids say, make things pop, and that can only be good when it comes to designing your perfect home.

This isn’t about designing a home though; this is about an upcoming psychological thriller called The Shattering, which casts you as an amnesiac struggling to come to grips with what on earth has happened. As you do so, you have to follow a mysterious voice through your own head and deeper into your mind. At some point, something horrific happened, but you don’t know what it is, or why you can’t remember it.

It’s not just about piecing yourself together though, as the world you’re in is an internal one, meaning that it is ever-changing and unlikely to play by the rules as you know them. The Shattering has been in the pipeline for several years now, and the full release of the game will no doubt be a relief to the creators, even if it’s an unsettling experience for the rest of us. The best part is that you don’t even have to wait that long to get in on this, as The Shattering is releasing on April 21st, which is only 300 days away as time currently moves.
