Them’s Fightin’ Herds has been an excellent fighting game for some time, despite being in Early Access. In fact, it’s so good that we included it in our list of the best fighting games you can play. Despite how good it is, Early Access can often hinder a title thanks to people knowing it’s not finished yet. Well, no more will people who want to throw down as four-legged fiends have to worry, because as of May 1st, Them’s Fightin’ Herds is officially out, and it’s still just as good as ever.

It’s technically even better, actually, thanks to the new content updates. If you’re unaware, this is a fighting game that’s easy to pick up and play but has a lot of depth to explore as well. Oh, also every character looks like they’ve come from a world filled with hugs and love, but instead, they throw down and beat the hell out of each other. A good oxymoron is worth a thousand somethings, so you can already imagine the small shout of delight you’ll get from beating up someone called Paprika.

It’s both a joy to watch and play, and the lessons it teaches you can help your fighting game, uh, game, improve a lot too.
