Misc Is An Indie Chibi Robo And It’s Adorable

Tiny cute android

Sometimes the roots of a game are pretty obvious, and sometimes they’re imposed upon a game based on whoever is looking at it. Well, in this case, I’m not 100% which one it is, but I do know that I definitely see a lot of Chibi Robo in Misc, and I am very excited about that. It’s still a long way away, but it features two adorable little sentient collections of junk who go around helping out other random collections of items.

Look, here’s the official word on this game to get you excited: “Misc centres around Buddy and BagBoy, Two tiny beings made up of miscellaneous items. Join them on an adventure through their world and visit unique locations, from backyards to giant trees and tulip fields. Meet interesting characters along the way while collecting nuts and cogs to repair gates and trade at shops. What will you find on your adventure?”

It just looks really small and cute and I honestly can’t wait to get my hands on it and see how it plays. Can I keep helping out the little people forever? What is the strangest collection of items going to be? Will there be some horrific twist halfway through that tells me I’m the real collection of trash? All of these hypothetical questions shall remain unanswered for now, but I reckon Misc is a game worth keeping an eye on, even if it’s only to put a smile on your face every so often.
