Twelve Minutes Has An Incredible Cast

It’s not often that you see a game with an absurdly famous cast. This is especially true of a smaller game, but then again, nothing about Twelve Minutes really screams normal. If you’ve not heard of the game, Twelve Minutes is a thriller, a game where you’re having a lovely date with your wife. You’re dancing, eating lovely food, and generally being in love when a police detective breaks into your home and everything goes horribly wrong.

These events end up with you dead, but the good news is that you’ve somehow been caught in a time loop, one that lasts twelve minutes, and you’re going to have to use this rather unfortunate state of affairs to try and break out of the loop and also escape your horrible fate and save your wife as well. There’s a lot to uncover here, just who are you and why are you in a time loop, who is your wife, and did she do something to upset the police, and who is this needlessly brutal police detective?

Well, I can’t tell you anything about the characters, but I can tell you that the actors involved in this little game are huge. The husband is played by James McAvoy, the wife is played by Daisy Ridley, and the detective is being played by Willem Dafoe. This could easily be the cast of some weird Disney crossover event, but is instead the one lending their sizable talents to an indie game. I can’t wait to see how it all plays out.
