Live The Dream In Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion
Just in case any actual tax people are reading this, the title is a joke, we just get a little jealous when big companies don’t pay their share of tax, you know? Anyway, Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion is pretty much about what it says it’s about. We’re not certain turnips should pay tax, and as it turns out, the protagonist of this game agrees with us, and is kind of a menace to vegetable society. Well, they’re told they’re a menace, you could certainly argue otherwise depending on the society itself. You know?
In fact, they end up with a massive debt to Mayor Onion, and that’s basically how the game begins. You’ll have to solve puzzles, chat to other veggies and fruits, and just generally adventure around if you want to succeed in your quest. If you’re thinking that this sounds incredibly silly, then you’d be right. Turnip Boy is one of those rare games that absolutely nails the comedy aspect of gaming, and it’s hilarious from start to finish as a result.
We’re really not sure what else you need to know about Turnip Boy and their tax evasion. Pretty sure just the premise alone is a good selling point. You’ll be happy to know that it’s got a bunch of very positive reviews on Steam though, so if that’s how you make your decisions then that’s always good. Anyway, go ahead and plop this game on if you need a good laugh, or just a reminder to eat your veggies.
