The Indie Game Website is an indie game website. We cover games of all shapes, sizes, genres, platforms and the like. But only indie games.

What counts as ‘indie’?

Good question. For the sake of not turning this into a philosophical debate, we generally only cover games that are made by reasonably small development teams not owned by publishers or first parties, and are either self-published, or released via an equally small publisher.

But, y’know, there will be exceptions. Try not to get worked up about it.

Will you cover my game?

Probably! If it’s good! Head over to our contact page and get in touch. Please bear in mind that we receive hundreds of emails from indie developers every single week, so while we do read everything we receive, we can’t promise to cover – or even reply to – everything in our inbox. Don’t be disheartened, and try again next time.
