Rise Of Insanity escaping Steam Early Access

Rise Of Insanity releasing next week.

Rise Of Insanity will launch on March 1 after more than six months since it first debuted on Steam Early Access.

The first-person psychological horror, developed by Polish-based Red Limb Studio, centers around Stephen Dowell, a renowned doctor of psychology who experiments on a patient riddled with multiple, contradictory mental illnesses.

According to Rise Of Insanity’s Steam Page the player tries to figure out what tragedy has happened to Dr Dowell’s family by exploring the mind of his patient as well as uncovering the secrets of the doctor himself.

Set in 1970s America, players will descend the inner depths of the consciousness, solve logical puzzles and discover some dark secrets.

Red Limb Studio marketing and 2D artist Krzysztof Sopata said the game has received very positive reviews on Steam and has been expanded upon and polished following suggestions from the game’s Steam community.

Rise Of Insanity was a finalist in Digital Dragons Indie Showcase 2017 and has more than 60 very positive reviews, the majority of which praise the game’s atmosphere and sound design.

Players can look forward to the final version of the game which will include many new locations and a full ending which concludes Dr. Dowell’s story.

Rise of Insanity is available on Steam now in Early Access for £7.19 / €9.99 / $9.99. The game is fully launching on the first of March and supports VR, with both the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift headsets supported.
