Portuguese studio Titan Forged Games delivers a goofy love story shooter.
When love meets tanks that meet zombies no one can go bored. Titan Forged Games, an indie Portuguese studio based in Coimbra, released today on PC via Steam their fun goofy tanks vs zombies shooter “Tanks Meet Zombies”. Following a promotional campaign through a six episode long “novela” (soap-opera) called Tank De La Muerta, players can now dive into a world of shooting spiders, bears, other tanks and undead beings.
As Titan Forged explained through their press release, Tanks Meet Zombies takes place two days after the conclusion of a complicated love story between, you guessed it, a tank and a zombie. Now a lonely destructive machine must endure a “Tanks’ Night Out and meet new Zombies the only way a tank can: through devastation, utter destruction and carnage”.
Players must survive long waves of enemies and defeat hard bosses, like 56k-modem- powered helicopters, giant matriarch spiders and more. More than ten different weapons are available to unlock, as well as five types of tanks.
Tanks Meet Zombies also offers a “co-omp” mode where they’ll have to find their way through the games 3 modes: Campaign, Arcade and Survival, in a seemingly fast paced gameplay full of explosions, shooting and goofy 3-D artstyle. You can also challenge your friends to fight over the love of a beautiful girl zombie.
“Feeling lonely? Want to meet new people? Well we got something for you! In Tanks Meet Zombies, you are a Tank and you get to be introduced to the wonderful world of Zombies. So, dress up as an Assault Armored Vehicle and prepare yourself to speed date, we mean destroy, hordes and hordes of undying humans, bears, spiders and more! Unwind with an incredibly serious yet extremely satisfying arcade shooter and join with up to 3 more friends and get ready to wreak havoc, it will be a BLAST!”, describes Titan Forged Games through their press webpage.
Tanks Meets Zombies is available on steam http://store.steampowered.com/app/743340/Tanks_Meet_Zombies/ for the price of 9.99$/9.99€/8.99£.
