Little Nightmares 2 will be a joy for fans of Burtonesque horror
A little more nightmares.
It seems that Bandai Namco’s creepy platformer, Little Nightmares is making a return spilling its dollhouse-styled horror out into the wider world. The unsettling, yellow raincoat wearing little kid from the original, named Six, is also set to return, but this time joined by a new friend. They wear a paper bag on their head, so, as you can imagine, they’re quite a comfortingly weird pair.
Don’t get too excited though, there’s no confirmed co-op, it seems Six will be an AI controlled partner this time around. That does still add another layer of depth onto the puzzling and platforming, which should be interesting.

In an age where puzzle platformers have struggled Little Nightmares really found its audience back in 2017. I hope the sequel captures that same layer of strangeness and style. It was a game that kept you asking questions even after the credits had rolled, which is always a winner in my books.
Little Nightmares 2 is coming to all platforms some time in 2020.
