Why You Should Play Among Us

Every so often a game pops up in a weird way. You and your friends might happen across it while it’s on sale, and maybe you all decide to give it a go. Suddenly, you’re all annoyed about the fact that you’ve not heard of the game before, and you’re ten hours into a weekend and your cats are trying to eat your feet because you’ve not moved in so long. Alright, maybe some of that is a little over-the-top, but my point is that you the game in question here is Among Us and that you should play it.

Among Us is basically a murder mystery game where you all play as distant relations of the Fall Guys people. Most of the people in your game will have real tasks to complete. These can range from having to empty a trash can to fixing electrical wiring to restarting a ship’s engines. If you and your crewmates can complete all of your missions, then congratulations you win. Of course, there is one other way for you to win, and that’s to find the impostor and fire them into space, or push them into some lava. You see, the impostor doesn’t have any tasks. What makes Among Us so much fun is that you have to abide by the rules outside of the game. If you’re playing with mates, you’re only allowed to talk at certain times, and that means you can play a lot of mind games with each other. It’s just an immensely good time, and I thoroughly recommend that you check it out.
