Bright Memory: Infinite Is Absurdly Pretty

There are some seriously pretty games coming out soon, but it’s hard to look at a game like Bright Memory: Infinite and imagine anything beating it. I know graphics change over time and you don’t always get the same game that you’re advertised, but it’s damn impressive to look at nevertheless. The trailer shows off everything in motion,m but every screenshot looks like it’s truly next-gen with stunning reflections, rays of light, and wonderfully realistic detailing everywhere.

Set in a futuristic metropolis, strange things have started occurring that science just can’t explain. This is where the Supernatural Science Research Organisation steps in to try and figure out what’s going on. It turns out that everything is connected to a mystery and a connection to another world. It’s all window-dressing for the fact that you get to run around beautifully crafted levels decapitation, shooting, and taking out everything that’s standing in-between you and your goal.

It’s actually not the first foray into this world, that honour belongs to Bright Memory. However, as the developer explains on the Steam page “From here on out, I will no longer be developing Bright Memory: Episode 1 any further.” What’s cool about this though is that “those who have already purchased Bright Memory: Episode 1 will receive a special “100% off” discount coupon for Bright Memory: Infinite prior to its release.” That means that if you like the look of it, you can basically buy a prologue version of the game for cheap and get the full game for free when it releases.
