Prepare to be challenged like never before as you and your team desperately try to survive the never-ending hordes of enemies. Chose between 15 different hero careers, level your talent tree and customise your weapon arsenal to mix and match it to your own play style.
Alongside the announcement, Martin Wahlund, CEO of Fatshark had this to say about the sequel and how the team feels about the game.
“Being passionate fans of the Warhammer IP, we’ve always wanted to create a Warhammer sequel that both stayed true to the beautifully dark atmosphere of the world but also brought new ideas and experiences for players. It’s been years of work but on March 8th we look forward to joining forces with players everywhere to defend Helmgart from evil”.
Warhammer Vermintide 2 will also be coming to console sometime this year with a date to be announced shortly. However if you are interested there will be a beta running on both consoles which you can sign up for on both the official Playstation 4 beta page and on the Xbox One beta page. If you are interested at all you can currently pre-order the game on the Warhammer Vermintide 2 Steam page which is 10% off for £20.69 / $26.99.
