Point & Click adventure The Blind Prophet is 100% Kickstarter Funded
Comic book-style adventure has gained plenty of clicks.
The Blind Prophet, the moody point and click adventure from ArsGoetica Games has reached its Kickstarter goal and more some, reaching $10,923 of its $10,000 goal. Almost 400 backers have helped the game reach its base goal.
The team have not closed their Kickstarter campaign yet, however. With 5 days left to go, the page will remain open to gain funding for possible translations of the game, with the aim of having at least both a French and English languages available.
According to its Kickstarter page, The Blind Prophet’s main features include:
- Traditional Point & Click mechanics,
- Mind-bending puzzles,
- A world full of charismatic characters, ready to talk and interact with,
- Ethical choices which drive the narration,
- Comic Art style cinematics,
- A strong storyline about philosophy, redemption and moral struggle.
Cast as the protagonist Bartholomeus, players journey through the corrupt city of Rotbork. There Bartholomeus has a destiny and a divine mission that must be fulfilled. He is an apostle chosen by god and it is his duty to return to Earth to protect those who dwell on it from demonic influence.
