Down The Rabbit Hole Sends You To VR Wonderland

Through the looking glass

The joy of escaping into another world is something that VR does better than any other platform. Despite how immersive games can be on console or PC, it’s not quite the same as dipping your head into that world and shutting off your attention to the real one. It makes sense then that we would eventually end up in Wonderland. After all, the tales of Alice are, by their very nature, all about escapism. Well, that and possibly just so many drugs.

Down The Rabbit Hole promises to be one of the most whimsical and magical VR adventures around. It follows along with Alice as she searches for her lost pet, Patches. You see, Alice has fallen into Wonderland after her pet, and it’s up to you to make sure she makes it through in one piece.

One of the things that makes this game stand out, other than being in one of the most beloved worlds in the history of literature, is the gorgeous dioramas that you find yourself navigating. The worlds wrap themselves around you like a warm hug, and you’ll get the chance to lose yourself in the puzzles that Wonderland presents you with. It looks incredibly interesting, and if it can match the way it looks then it’s sure to be an essential VR game for anybody’s collection. The good news is that Down The Rabbit Hole is due out on PC on March 26th, which means you can chase the rabbit very soon.
