We’re More Or Less Done For The Year

This year has been more or less the worst in living memory globally. However, it’s been pretty good for gaming. It’s also been pretty good for the site, so that’s nice. I started here back in January, and I’m happy with how the site is at the moment. There are some plans in place for next year, but that’s not yet, and frankly, I need some time off. So, because of that, the output is going to drop a bit until the 4th of January when we get started up once more.

We’ve had loads of great lists, reviews, and features on the site, and if you’ve enjoyed them, it’d mean just heaps if you could go back, find them, and then share them around with people. You don’t have to, of course, it’s just that I’m pretty proud of everything that our excellent writers have done this year, and I like to see them out and about in the wild woods of the internet.

So, as we’re winding down, you can look to a few lists and whatnot in the next week and a half, but that’s about it. It’s been an absolute pleasure guiding the site and getting to write about roguelikes all year, but I want to leave you with this message: play whatever makes you happy, but some steam games for your friends, chill out, eat good food, do some push-ups, and try and have some naps if you can. With that, I want to wish all of you happy holidays and a good new year, let’s hope the world can pull itself together soon.
