You Should Play Tails Of Iron
It’s been an absolutely stellar year for gaming. In fact, it’s been so obnoxiously good that it’s almost impossible to keep up with every great game that’s come out, and it means you’re likely to have missed some. In fact, even here at The Indie Game Website, a site literally dedicated to indie games, we occasionally have games slip through the radar unnoticed because there are simply too many games. We do what we can to highlight the good ones though, and that’s why we’re going to need you to check out Tails of Iron.
Tails of Iron has you playing as Redgi, heir to the Rat Throne. Your task is to explore a beautiful world filled with deadly creatures to try and fix your kingdom. It’s not an easy task though, because while it does look genuinely stunning, it’s also narrated by Doug Cockle of Geralt fame, which means you can almost guarantee you’re going to get killed a lot in plenty of brutal ways.
Along with having very tricky combat, Tails of Iron is also an RPG, and that means you can customise how you fight as you like with different pieces of equipment. You’ll even be able to make your weapons and armour yourself if you want to thanks to the excellent support of your brothers. It’s all a lot of fun, and it’s easily one of the most striking games released in recent memory, with every single frame looking as thought could have come about of a slightly darker children’s book. So yeah, go and check it out.
