Have You Tried Playing Goku In Risk Of Rain 2?

We’re pretty you’re aware of Risk of Rain 2, but just in case, here’s the lowdown. Risk of Rain 2 is a co-op roguelike that has you and up to three friends playing as one of several survivors, all trying to make their way off of a strange planet that’s more than happy to kill you where you stand if you stop for even a moment. Basically, it’s an incredibly tough roguelike, and it’s also one of the most enjoyable out there.

Now, to be honest, that’s going to get you through the first hundred or so hours if it properly grabs you, and there’s every chance it might. However, there are few games that can hold anyone’s attention forever, and that’s why so many PC players love a good mod. It turns out that Risk of Rain 2 has some truly incredible mods, and one of the most common types of mod you can find in the game are those that add in new playable characters.

There are plenty that bring in characters from the first game and original creations, and there are definitely a lot of good choices. However, some of the most entertaining ones are the Dragon Ball Z mods made by Kingrinyov. These bring in Trunks, Vegeta, and of course Goku, and give them the ability to fly, charge up, go through a heap of transformations, and even do the odd team-up attack. They completely revitalise the game, and the characters slot in wonderful to this violence-filled world. So, if you’ve got the game and you’re looking for a reason to jump back in, why not do it as Goku?
